1.  Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction for core enterprise infrastructure and security technologies, including data protection (DLP, Data Encryption), perimeter protection, SIEM, managed security services, and cloud security.
• Develop and implement best-of-breed cybersecurity solutions that effectively address customer needs and market trends.
• Collaborate with business development and technical teams to research, build, and launch new security solutions.
• Support the sales team and customers with professional and timely follow-ups to ensure successful product adoption and satisfaction.
• Contribute to and execute department and section strategies, aligning all activities with company policies and goals.
• Build and maintain comprehensive knowledge bases for all relevant cybersecurity technologies.
• Ensure full compliance with all company and department processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Apply creative and innovative thinking to identify and develop new technology solutions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

2. Qualification & Requirement:

• A bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field. We encourage fresh graduates with a strong interest in cybersecurity to apply.
• Strong commitment, self-motivation, passion, and analytical skills. You must be a proactive learner who is eager to keep up with new technology updates.
• Be able to understand and adapt to the company’s environment.
• A strong team player who can build and maintain positive relationships with sales, business development, and technical teams. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• The ability to understand and adapt to the company’s environment and a good grasp of business concepts and workflows.
• Candidates are willing to learn with new technology updates.
• A solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and network security is essential. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience with servers and network systems.
• Candidates should have 1-2 years of deep-dive experience in a technical or pre-sales role.
• Candidates should hold one or more professional cybersecurity certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CCSP. Candidates who have attended an official training course for a relevant certification will also be considered.

⏰ Working Days and Hours:

• Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm

• Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
