A Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer - Internship is responsible for basic designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based systems to ensure reliability, scalability, security, and troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, installing and configuring new systems, and also upgrading systems, and collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth operations.

1. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical post sale project implementation within timeline and satisfaction.
• Working with team in solution design, support, and implementation
• Consulting and providing best practice solution to customer.
• Professionalism proactive and reactive support to team and customers
• Keep customer more satisfaction on company’s services.
• Able to go to work overseas to support First Cambodia’s business
• Able to work overtime, weekend, holiday as company need.
• Be genuine passion for new technology.
• Any tasks assigned by supervisor/director.

2. Qualification & Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Minimum 3 years experiences in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting Microsoft products.
• Experiences in storage and server are preferable.
• MCTS or MSCA is plus
• Proficiency of diagnosing and solving customer issues.
• Good in interpersonal communication
• Good in English writing, listening, and speaking.
• Strong commitment, passion, self-motivation, and team spirit
• Able to work under pressure.

⏰ Working Days and Hours:

• Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm

• Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
