Sales Executive
The Sales Executive is responsible for developing and implementing the sales service strategy and managing day-to-day sales operations. Key duties include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure SLA revenue and contract renewals.

Generating and approaching new customers to expand sales and achieve growth targets.

Managing sales forecasts, budgets, and reporting obligations to ensure profitability and business growth.

Collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver customer satisfaction and optimize the service offering.
- Preparing regular customer visits, proposals, and quotations to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and contract renewals.
- Actively identify and approach new customers to grow sales.
- Prepare and follow up on customer visits, proposals, and quotations.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Provide timely updates on sales activities and customer feedback.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and coordinating with the team when needed.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or in any related fields.
- At least 1 year experience in the position.
- Good command of English.
- Be pro-active, aggressive and eager to learn new things.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High commitment and willing to take challenges.
- Computer literacy: Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, etc.
- Proactive and Aggressive: Able to take initiative and drive results.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Can handle demanding situations and tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of performance.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Able to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer-Centric: Strong focus on providing excellent customer support and building long-term relationships.

Working Days and Hours
- Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. & 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Lunch Break: 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
