 1.  Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales service strategy and daily sales service operation 
  • Build good relationship with existing contract customers to maintain SLA revenue with 100% contract renewal
  • Manage sales forecasts and budgets to achieve established goals to deliver profitable growth for assigned industry
  • Manage sales reporting obligations in a timely manner to include frequent sales updates
  • Prepare weekly call plan for regular customers visit both new and existing customers 
  • Generate and increase new customer at least 30% year on year growth
  • Work with internal & external to issue the service price
  • Support sales team to build service proposal and close deal
  • Achieve sales service quota that set by company
  • Maintain monthly meeting with key customers to know about quality of services and their feedback to improve customer service
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or enquiries
  • Develop and enhance service sales tools such as slide presentation, proposal, contract, customer references, reports, survey form… etc 
  • Must be able to provide support 24/7 to customers
  • Must be able to perform other tasks assigned by direct manager 

2. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or in any related fields
  • At least 1 year experience in the position
  • Good command of English
  • Be pro-active, aggressive and eager to learn new things
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • High Commitment and willing to take challenges
  • Computer literacy: Ms. Word, Ms. Excel .. etc.
  • Be committed to FC’s Vision and Mission

3. Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
