About the Role

The Sales Executive is responsible for developing and implementing the sales service strategy and managing day-to-day sales operations. Key duties include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure SLA revenue and contract renewals.
  • Generating and approaching new customers to expand sales and achieve growth targets.
  • Managing sales forecasts, budgets, and reporting obligations to ensure profitability and business growth.
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver customer satisfaction and optimize the service offering.
  • Preparing regular customer visits, proposals, and quotations to close deals and achieve sales targets.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and contract renewals.
  • Actively identify and approach new customers to grow sales.
  • Prepare and follow up on customer visits, proposals, and quotations.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
  • Provide timely updates on sales activities and customer feedback.
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries and coordinating with the team when needed.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or in any related fields.
  • At least 1 year experience in the position.
  • Good command of English.
  • Be pro-active, aggressive and eager to learn new things.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High commitment and willing to take challenges.
  • Computer literacy: Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, etc.

  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Can handle demanding situations and tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of performance.

Working Days and Hours

  • Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. & 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Lunch Break: 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
