Product Manager-System
A Product Manager – System is responsible for delivering best-in-class system solutions that meet customer needs, developing technology-driven ideas, and executing department strategies. The role involves collaborating with sales, business development, and technical teams to build new solutions, ensure compliance with company processes, support customers professionally, and continuously strengthen system and technology knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively provide best of breed solutions and satisfy customer’s needs.
- He/She has creative idea related to technology and solution.
- Effectively execute department and section strategy and planning.
- Achieve necessary company policies in accordance with company directions.
- Build up knowledge bases for all relevant technologies.
- Ensure full compliance of company and department processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business development division and technical team to research and build new solutions.
- Follow up and support sales team and customers professionally.
- Do others related task as assign by manager.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor Degree in IT or others related field.
- 1 or 2years experience in advance with server and basically network systems.
- Strong commitment, passion, self-motivation plus analytical skill.
- Be able to understand and adapt to the company’s environment.
- Be able to work in team, and maintain good relationships with sales, BD, etc.,
- Good communication in English.
- Understand business concepts and flow.
- Willing to learn with new technologies update.
- IT knowledge on server, storage, virtualization, application connectivity, software, and databases.
- Deep dive experience related to Technical or Presale position more than 2 or 3 years.
- Should be at least VCP-DCV any versions.
- Hand on certificate one servers such DellEMC, HPE and IBM.
- Hand on certificate one of servers such DellEMC, HPE and IBM storages.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to quality and solutions
- Creative and innovative thinking, especially in technology and systems
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- High level of professionalism and integrity

- Willingness to learn and build deep technical knowledge
Working Days and Hours
- Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. & 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Lunch Break: 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
