About the Role

A Network & Security Engineer manages the day-to-day operation of network systems while also protecting them against internal and external security risks. This role involves configuring network devices, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security controls to maintain a stable and secure IT environment.

 Key Responsibilities

• Configures, tests, and maintains LAN/WAN and network security equipment and related services
• Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems
•  Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks projects such as SoW, Diagram, configuration…etc
• Assist in preparation of proposals and solution presentations
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation
• Obtain and maintain required certifications for partnership with key vendors Implement projects
• Coordinate across departments in order to get smoothly operation
• Provide the customer site survey if require by project team
• Report information project status to direct report/project manager on the weekly basis
• Do research on the technology to ensure we are on top of the technologies update and understand about the trend of the technologies
• Perform other tasks assign by direct report or management

•  Bachelor degree in Computer Science
•  Knowledgeable on LAN, WAN, Wireless, Routing, Switching, and Network Security
• Good in English for both speaking and Writing
• Good Communication skill with customer, teams and related
• Flexibility in different working environments
• Strong commitment, passion, self-motivation plus analytical skill;
• Like learning new thing, researching

Working Days and Hours

• Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. & 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Lunch Break: 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
