Product Executive-Enterprise Network
About The Role
The Product Executive – Enterprise Network is responsible for developing and executing network solution strategies to meet customer needs and business goals. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, supporting sales with technical expertise, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of enterprise networking technologies such as Campus Networks, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and Data Center Networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier solutions that effectively meet and exceed customer needs.
- Develop innovative ideas and solutions for information technology challenges.
- Effectively execute and manage departmental and sectional strategies and plans.
- Ensure all activities and policies align with company standards and objectives.
- Build and maintain comprehensive knowledge bases for all relevant networking technologies.
- Ensure strict adherence to company and departmental processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business development and technical teams to research and develop new solutions.
- Provide professional follow-up and support to both the sales team and customers.
- Provide strategic direction for core enterprise infrastructure and security technologies, including Campus Networks, SD-WAN, WiFi, Data Center Networks, and Network Firewalls.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 1–2 years of advanced experience with networking systems are preferred, and experience in a technical or pre-sales role is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and network security.
- Excellent analytical skills, self-motivation, and a strong passion for learning.
- Ability to quickly understand and adapt to the company's environment and culture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A solid understanding of business concepts and workflow.
- A collaborative team player who can maintain positive relationships with various departments, including sales, business development, and technical teams.
- Candidates should hold at least one of the following certifications: CCNA, HCIA, or CFA/CFP. Candidates who have attended an official training course for a relevant certification will also be considered.

Working Days and Hours
- Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. & 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Lunch Break: 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
