 1. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Strong commitment, honest and perfection in work.
  • Provide timely and professional maintenance and implement of ATM projects nationwide in local.
  • Monitor recurring scheduling of preventive maintenance.
  • Monitor case aging to ensure problems are under control and resolved on time and write reports to direct supervisor and customers.
  • Must commit to certify the certificates require for the work.
  • Be on time in providing the complete service ticket to call center team.
  • Be pro-active, friendly and professional in providing services support to customers.
  • Be able to provide support 24/7 to the team and customers.
  2. Qualification & Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related fields.
  • Must be able to learn new things and honest.
  • Highly self-motivate and hard working.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with others and maintain good relationships with them.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks whilst remaining effective and obtain efficient results.
  • Good command of English language.

 Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
