1. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Strong commitment, honest and perfection in work.
- Provide timely and professional maintenance and implement of ATM projects nationwide in local.
- Monitor recurring scheduling of preventive maintenance.
- Monitor case aging to ensure problems are under control and resolved on time and write reports to direct supervisor and customers.
- Must commit to certify the certificates require for the work.
- Be on time in providing the complete service ticket to call center team.
- Be pro-active, friendly and professional in providing services support to customers.
- Be able to provide support 24/7 to the team and customers.
2. Qualification & Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related fields.
- Must be able to learn new things and honest.
- Highly self-motivate and hard working.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with others and maintain good relationships with them.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks whilst remaining effective and obtain efficient results.
- Good command of English language.
⏰ Working Days and Hours:
- Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
- Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
