1.  Duties & Responsibilities:

• Effectively provide best-of-breed solutions and satisfy customers’ needs
• He or she has creative ideas related to information technology and general IT solutions
• Effectively execute departmental and sectional strategy and planning
• Achieve the necessary company policies in accordance with company directions
• Build up knowledge bases for all relevant networking technologies
• Ensure full compliance with company and departmental processes, procedures, and best practices
• Collaborate with the business development division and technical team to research and build new solutions
• Follow up and support the sales team and customers professionally
• Provides strategic direction for core enterprise infrastructure and security-supported technologies such as Campus Networks, SD-WAN, WiFi, Data Center Network, Network Firewall, …etc.
• Do other related tasks as assigned by the manager.

• Bachelor's degree in IT or another related field
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• 1 or 2 years of experience in advance with networking systems
• Strong commitment, passion, self-motivation, and analytical skills
• Be able to understand and adapt to the company’s environment
• Be able to work in a team and maintain good relationships with Sales, BD, Technical, …etc.
• Good communication in English
• Understand business concepts and flow
• Willing to learn with new technology updates
• IT knowledge on IT infrastructure, networking, network security
• Deep-dive experience related to a technical or Pre-sale
• position for more than 1 or 2 years
• It should be at least holding the CCNA Switching & Routing.

3. Working Days and Hours:

• Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm

• Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
