Enterprise Application Specialist
About the Role
The Enterprise Application Specialist will play a critical role in supporting in Middleware and API Management, focusing on designing, developing, and optimizing complex enterprise applications. This role ensures seamless system integration, scalable API solutions, and high-performance connectivity across diverse enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities- ESB Integration: Design and implement Middleware/ESB and other tools for scalable and reliable system communication.
- API Development & Management: Build and optimize RESTful and SOAP APIs for seamless enterprise integration.
- Advanced Application Development: Support and contribute to advanced custom development projects.
- System Integration: Ensure smooth data flow between legacy systems and modern applications using ESB and middleware.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks to enhance scalability, security, and availability.
- Customer Support: Maintain strong customer engagement, ensuring system uptime and proactive support.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce high-security standards and compliance with business policies.
- Collaboration: Work with developers, architects, and business analysts to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain technical documentation and train team members on advanced development topics.
- Expertise in API Development, middleware solutions, and integration frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
- In-depth knowledge of API security (OAuth, JWT) and integration patterns.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web technology with C#
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Knowledge in Mobile App programming (iOS, Android) is a plus
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve system issues.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical teams and business users.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality support and service.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements.
Working Days and Hours
- Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. & 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Lunch Break: 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
