About the Role

The Product Executive-Software is responsible for delivering effective software solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the sales team with technical expertise. They must stay aligned with company policies, develop creative ideas, and maintain a solid knowledge base for relevant technologies.

 Key Responsibilities

• Effectively provide best of breed solutions and satisfy customer’s needs.
• Have creative idea related to technology and solution.
• Follow company policies in accordance with management directions.
• Build up knowledge bases for all relevant technologies.
• Ensure full compliance of company and department processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Follow up and support sales team and customers professionally.
• Do other related tasks assigned by line manager.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor degree in IT or other related fields.
• Fresh graduated is also encourage to apply.
• 1 or 2 years experience in advance with server and basically network systems.
• Strong commitment, passion, self-motivation plus analytical skill.
• Be able to understand and adapt to the company’s environment.
• Be able to work in team, and maintain good relationships with  team: Sales, Business Development, etc.
• Good communication in English.
• Understand business concepts and flow.
• IT knowledge on server, storage, virtualization, application connectivity, software, and databases.

• Strong commitment, self-motivation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt and collaborate within a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• IT knowledge in servers, storage, virtualization, software, and databases.

Working Days and Hours

• Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. & 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Lunch Break: 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
