1. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Strong commitment, honest and perfection in work
- Provide timely and professional maintenance and implement of ATM projects nationwide and overseas
- Monitor recurring scheduling of preventive maintenance
- Monitor case aging to ensure problems are under control and resolved on time and write reports to direct supervisor and customers
- Monitor shift standby in the city and provinces
- Must commit to certify the certificates require for the work
- Be on time in providing the complete service ticket to call center team
- Be pro-active, friendly and professional in providing services support to customers
- Be able to provide support 24/7 to the team and customers
2. Qualification & Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related fields
- At least 1 or 2 years experience in a similar position
- Must be able to learn new things and honest
- Highly self-motivate and hard working
- Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with others and maintain good relationships with them
- Ability to manage multiple tasks whilst remaining effective and obtain efficient results
- Good command of English language
3. Working Days and Hours:
- Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
- Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
