1. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical post sale project implementation within timeline and satisfaction.
• Working with team in solution design, support, and implementation.
• Consulting and providing best practice solution to customer.
• Professionalism proactive and reactive support to team and customers.
• Keep customer more satisfaction on company’s services.
• Be genuine passion for new technology.
• Any tasks assigned by supervisor/director.

2. Qualification & Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Proficiency of diagnosing and solving customer issues.
• Good in interpersonal communication.
• Good in English writing, listening, and speaking.
• Strong commitment, passion, self-motivation, and team spirit.
• Able to work under pressure.

⏰ Working Days and Hours:

• Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm

• Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
