System Support Engineer – Summary
A Systems Support Engineer is responsible for the technical health and performance of an organization's systems. They troubleshoot hardware and software issues, provide technical support, install and configure new systems and also upgrade system, and collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations.
1. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working with team in solution design, support, and implementation
- Consulting and providing best practice solution to customer
- Professionalism proactive and reactive support to team and customers
- Keep customer more satisfaction on company’s services
- Able to work overtime, weekend, holiday as company need.
- Install and configure enterprise hardware (Server and Storage) regardless vendors
- Experience with Windows Servers, virtualized servers (Hyper-V, VMWare, Microsoft Azure servers (VMs), etc.
- Experience with Install and configure UNIX, Linux
- Be genuine passion for new technology
- Any tasks assigned by supervisor/director
- Able to work under pressure.
- 2. Qualification & Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Hands-on experience for VMWare/Hyper-V or Azure and
- Experience in Servers and storage hardware
- Proficiency of diagnosing and solving customer issue
- Good in interpersonal communication
- Good in English writing, listening, and speaking
- Strong commitment, passion, self-motivation, and team spirit.
⏰ Working Days and Hours:
- Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
- Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
